About

I'm an MSc Business Analytics & AI candidate at Imperial College London, building on a BSc in Economics with a Mathematics minor from Duke University. I like the parts of analytics that feel like detective work: finding the one variable that actually explains the outcome, and being honest when the tidy story doesn't hold up.

Beyond the spreadsheet

I grew up playing football and never really stopped watching it with a spreadsheet mentality — I'm drawn to sports analytics for the same reason I'm drawn to business analytics: most narratives about why something worked fall apart the moment you check the sample size. Earlier on, I co-founded My Prayaas, a small NGO effort supporting HIV-positive families in Solapur, India — which is where I first learned that good data collection is mostly about earning trust before you ask anyone a question.
